PLASTICS PRINTING

Axis has been in the Commercial Screen Printing Industry for almost 30 years and been an integral part of many interesting and innovative projects.

When long runs are required on large items, Screen Printing is still the most economical method of production when gauged against the 'one off' and short run capabilities of large format digital printing.

We can produce printed products on a variety of modern plastics including Perspex and Cast Acrylics, Foam filled laminates, Corrugated and Fluted light weight plastics, Polythenes, Acetates and Vinyls.

Skilled operatives and specialised inks from reputable manufacturers ensure a quality product every time.

PRINTING METALS

For the decoration of polished, painted or powder coated metals, Screen printing is the obvious choice.

Sheet metals are easier to print but our expertise covers a great many formed and folded shapes.

There are many inks on the market which allow 'air drying' when printed onto metals, but these can be chipped or scratched. Many of the inks we prefer to use are oven cured to produce a more resilient print image.

PRINTING PAPER AND BOARD

Due to the seemingly simple processes involved, screen printing is an axcelent way to produce large posters and advertising materials. Long run production of small cartons can be ably assisted with the decoration of flat stock prior to cutting and assembling. Other production areas include many point-of-purchase items such as 'dummy products', mobiles, show-cards etc., the possibilities are limitless.
