All material for storage and/or distribution should be supplied boxed and palletised, with a preferred pallet size of 40" x 48", other pallet sizes are accepted by arrangement.
Maximum height of pallet should not exceed 5ft. We will be unable to accept responsibility for any damaged or shortage of materials that are not supplied boxed.
We will not be able to validate quantities for items supplied loose on pallets and it should be noted that these deliveries will be likely to have a higher spoilage rate when laser printing and enclosing.
Please help us to provide you with an efficient service by observing our booking in procedures. Simply telephone us giving number of pallets, ETA of vehicle and job reference, or alternatively book your delivery by e-mail including the same information.
Our warehouse is normally open from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday, however special arrangements may be able to accept deliveries outside of these hours by prior arrangement.

Delivery Notes
Each delivery should be received with a delivery note giving a detailed description of all items. The following information should be detailed on the delivery note:
Job Title, Stock Type, Qty per Box, Number of Boxes per Pallet, Number of Pallets.
Deliveries received without a detailed delivery note will cause delay in processing and validation of stock.
