At Axis, our specialty is mailing campaigns of 1,000 to 50,000 pieces.

We can look after the whole mailing project from printing of leaflets and brochures, printing reply address and PPI (Postage Paid Impression) onto envelopes, personalising letters or addressing non-window envelopes from customer data through to fulfillment of the completed mailing.

We welcome complex, hand insertion mail pieces that other mailing houses find difficult. Continuous Stationery documents are not a problem to us and can be broken apart, multi-folded and inserted into window envelopes for direct mailing. We will also merge extra items into the envelope if required.

For larger mailings, cost effective machine insertion is available with 'Mailsort' to save on postage.

Postage rate discounts of up to 25% are available from the Royal Mail on campaigns that have been accurately processed, addressed, sorted, bagged and tagged.

The final part of any mailing is collection by Royal Mail. We work closely with our local streamline depot to ensure that there are no delays or problems in the mailing process.
In addition, we can advise our customers on the best way to maximise any available postal discounts.

Database Services
We can address and/or personalise from data in a variety of formats, supplied to us by e-mail, floppy disk, cd or zip. If your client database has not been updated for some time it is probably costing your company money and would therefore benefit from our data cleaning services.
