In the printing world, the trend has been towards faster and more cost effective production of the simpler items. At Axis we made the leap into digital printing some time ago and now boast three digital presses, giving us the ability to take high volume printing with greatly reduced turnaround time and lower costs.

One of the main uses for our machines recently has been printing for our mailing customers, this involves printing envelopes with a postage paid impression and return address which these machines handle beautifully.

Further mailing uses are Fax-Bak sheets, form letters, leaflets, flyers and advertising materials, items which are added to mailouts to increase impact and reply statistics.

Anywhere there is an opportunity to advertise, digital printing is probably the most cost effective method of producing printed literature in the form of letters, forms, leaflets or flyers.

Two of our machines are fitted with digital scanners which can produce printing masters for all forms of single colour bulk copying up to A3 using real inks instead of powdered toners found in normal photocopy machines, thereby giving a much more professional finish.
